These rock guards / awnings, are found on Arctic Fox, and Nash trailers with front windows. Available here in a generic, unprinted form they make a great replacement for trailers that originally used one of these very rock guards, as well as a good general replacement for other brands of trailers that use the style with a fiberglass panel. Please check the size for proper fit before ordering.
The nominal size measured on the outside frame is 291/2" x 643/4". The construction consists of an extruded aluminum frame with a long, integrated hinge at the top edge. There are two sliding support arms with set screws allowing the awning so be set at any angle between fully open and fully closed. In the closed (window rock guard) position the support arms lock fully into slots punched into the frame. The entire frame is covered with a white plastic cap. There are two cross members in the frame that are attached to the plastic cap for a solid and stable final product.
